{"id":2418,"date":"2016-06-06T13:38:11","date_gmt":"2016-06-06T13:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asi2.wpenginepowered.com\/uncategorized\/asi-launches-new-customer-service-catalog-program\/"},"modified":"2025-06-26T14:40:03","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T18:40:03","slug":"asi-launches-new-customer-service-catalog-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asicentral.com\/press-releases\/asi-launches-new-customer-service-catalog-program\/","title":{"rendered":"ASI Launches New Customer Service Catalog Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Unique full-service center takes calls and tracks leads<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>TREVOSE, PA<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>June 11, 2010<\/strong> &#8211; The Advertising Specialty Institute today announced the launch of a new catalog program that will provide distributors with a complete customer service center to answer client calls and track sales leads from end-buyers.<\/p>\n<p>The first 100,000 copies of ASI\u2019s 2011 <em>Spectrum<\/em> catalog will include an 800 number leading to call-center representatives who will answer product questions and track all leads for participating distributors.<\/p>\n<p><em>Spectrum<\/em>, which prints in November with a total circulation of 625,000, is one of nine customized catalogs offered by ASI as sales-generating tools for suppliers to advertise a wide variety of products and for distributors to sell, market and promote their brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSuppliers can now review the performance of their advertisements while distributors can better market themselves as a sophisticated, full-service operation, no matter what their size,\u201d said Timothy M. Andrews, president and CEO of the Advertising Specialty Institute.\u00a0 \u201cThis increases the overall efficiency of any business, leaving distributors more time for selling.\u00a0 It\u2019s better service at the very same price.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other <em>Spectrum<\/em> features include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>\u201cCustomer Favorites\u201d section, highlighting the most popular products<\/li>\n<li>Self-mailer size that fits easily into a 6\u201d x 9\u201d envelope<\/li>\n<li>Over 525 products from 100 quality suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Free digital version, including a customizable version on LogoMall websites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\">According to a recent ASI study of end-buyers, paper catalogs drive 93% of purchasing decisions.\u00a0 Further, the study shows that 91% of the time, recipients take action as a result of something they noticed in a paper catalog, with nearly half (49%) purchasing a product.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<article><\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unique full-service center takes calls and tracks leads TREVOSE, PA &#8211;
