{"id":2411,"date":"2016-06-06T13:38:11","date_gmt":"2016-06-06T13:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asi2.wpenginepowered.com\/uncategorized\/asis-virtual-trade-show-averages-978-visitors-per-booth\/"},"modified":"2025-06-25T15:36:22","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T19:36:22","slug":"asis-virtual-trade-show-averages-978-visitors-per-booth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asicentral.com\/press-releases\/asis-virtual-trade-show-averages-978-visitors-per-booth\/","title":{"rendered":"ASI\u2019s Virtual Trade Show Averages 978 Visitors Per Booth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Exhibiting suppliers report jump in ESP traffic after online events<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\"><strong>TREVOSE, PA<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>April 29, 2010<\/strong> \u2013 The Advertising Specialty Institute announced today its latest virtual trade show averaged 978 visitors per booth during the all-day, online event where distributors, suppliers and decorators network and sell in real-time through interactive multimedia booths.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">ASI reports suppliers exhibiting during virtual trade shows like the one held Wednesday, April 28, experience an average 24% increase in ESP searches the next day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">On average, exhibitors at Wednesday\u2019s virtual trade show \u2013 ASI\u2019s fourth \u2013 spent 66 minutes in the virtual environment and exchanged 4,548 instant messages; distributors completed 5,404 supplier surveys.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">Wednesday\u2019s show featured several top suppliers, including Tri-Mountain\/Mountain Gear (<em>asi\/92125<\/em>), Americanna Co. (<em>asi\/35730<\/em>), Graphco Line (<em>asi\/57956<\/em>) and The Magnet Group (<em>asi\/68507<\/em>).\u00a0 Exhibitors showcased numerous products lines, including bumper stickers, key tags, bottled water, bags, desk accessories, eco-friendly, apparel, phone accessories, sports bottles, food and gifts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">\u201cExhibiting suppliers love ASI\u2019s virtual trade shows because they immediately realize a direct benefit: a big jump in ESP searches the day after the show,\u201d said Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer of ASI.\u00a0 \u201cWe\u2019re the only company in the industry to offer this rich of a virtual experience, which is a perfect companion to our in-person shows and provides a perfect way to take marketing and lead-generation programs to the next level.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">Participants describe ASI\u2019s virtual trade shows as cost-effective and convenient, providing distributors a perfect opportunity to chat one-on-one with suppliers providing interactive video at their booths.\u00a0 Other testimonials include:<\/p>\n<p class=\"style5 style4\">\u201cI\u2019m just totally, totally blown away at the design, look, feel and quality,\u201d said Jason Brandt of Promotional Partners Inc.
