TREVOSE, PA \u2013 May 29, 2007 –<\/strong> Advertising Specialty Institute\u00ae (ASI), the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry, announced today that Timothy M. Andrews has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n

Andrews assumes the dual title of President and Chief Executive Officer and also has been appointed to the board of directors of ASI Computer Systems, Inc\u00ae.\u00a0 \u00a0Prior to this promotion, Andrews was President of ASI.<\/p>\n

This promotion signifies the inaugural naming of a President and Chief Executive Officer for the Advertising Specialty Institute.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are proud to make this announcement,\u201d said Norman Cohn, chairman of ASI.\u00a0 \u201cTim joined ASI as its President in 2003 and, since that time, we have seen how he has successfully developed and shaped the strategic direction for the company.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSince joining the company, Tim has enhanced ASI\u2019s membership services, not only introducing many valuable new member benefits, but also significantly improving the quality of service ASI members receive,\u201d Cohn said. \u00a0\u201cThe innovative ideas that Tim provides, the expertise he demonstrates when making strategic business decisions, and his passion for leading by example, are all admirable qualities and skills.\u00a0 ASI is proud of all that Tim has accomplished in the last four years, and we look forward to even greater success in the future with Tim\u2019s increased responsibilities as President and CEO.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matthew Cohn, President of The ASI Show, said \u201cThis promotion is well-deserved.\u00a0 ASI members, employees and the leadership team of ASI have confidence in Tim, and he has had a positive, visible impact on the advertising specialty industry and ASI.\u00a0 His role will continue to expand, and his valuable input, industry expertise and leadership skills will be relied upon to shape and develop ASI moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his role as a director of ASI Computer Systems, Inc., Andrews will evaluate and further determine ways to integrate technologies developed by ASI and by ASI Computer into new features for existing products and services and to create new ones.<\/p>\n
