TREVOSE, PA – July 28, 2006 –<\/strong> Advertising Specialty Institute\u00ae, the largest media organization serving the promotional products industry, announced today the promotion of Heather DiPrato, MAS, to vice president, distributor services.<\/p>\n

In her new position, Ms. DiPrato will foster relationships with ASI member firms and will continue to manage relationships with many of the Counselor\u00ae<\/em> Top 40 Distributors\u2122.<\/p>\n

Ms. DiPrato began her career at ASI in 1990, by helping to acquire new distributor members. \u00a0She moved to distributor services, working closely with members to help them gain more value from their relationships with ASI.\u00a0 In 2003, Heather became ASI\u2019s first director of national accounts.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the previous sixteen years, Heather has demonstrated her dedication and leadership as a valued business partner to ASI distributors,\u201d said Timothy M. Andrews, president of ASI. \u00a0\u201cShe often provides thoughtful ideas that help distributors increase productivity, reduce costs, and grow sales.\u00a0 I congratulate her in her new role.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHeather’s clients choose to work with her because of the successes they have experienced in implementing her ideas,\u201d said Dan O\u2019Halloran, CAS, senior vice president of distributor services for ASI.\u00a0 \u201cRecognized distributors, such as Proforma (asi\/300094)<\/em>, Adventures In Advertising\u00a0<\/strong>(asi\/109480)<\/em> and American Solutions for Business (asi\/120075),<\/em> consistently inform me how appreciative they are of her efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n
