{"id":2041,"date":"2018-05-03T12:24:26","date_gmt":"2018-05-03T12:24:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asi2.wpenginepowered.com\/uncategorized\/asi-announces-2017-sgr-rock-star-supplier-reps\/"},"modified":"2025-06-26T14:14:31","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T18:14:31","slug":"asi-announces-2017-sgr-rock-star-supplier-reps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asicentral.com\/press-releases\/asi-announces-2017-sgr-rock-star-supplier-reps\/","title":{"rendered":"ASI Announces 2017 SGR Rock Star Supplier Reps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Cristina Ysselstein of ETS Express named supplier sales rep of the year; Ludy Sousa of Hub Pen Company selected as customer service rep of the year<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>TREVOSE, PA \u2013 November 13, 2017 \u2013 <\/strong>The\u00a0Advertising Specialty Institute<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0(ASI) today announced Cristina Ysselstein of ETS Express was named SGR\u2122 magazine\u2019s supplier sales rep of the year and Ludy Sousa of Hub Pen Company was chosen as the customer service rep of the year.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Meghan Kory of Hit Promotional Products (asi\/61125) was named first runner-up, supplier sales rep of the year, and Alexandra Gadpaille of Perry Ellis International (asi\/77715), was first runner-up, customer service rep of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The winners were chosen by distributors and are featured in the November\/December issue of ASI\u2019s SGR magazine, which delivers industry news from across the globe to suppliers throughout the $23 billion promotional products industry. This is the eighth consecutive year SGR\u00a0magazine has hosted the competition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love nothing better than recognizing and honoring supplier superstars who go above and beyond, day in and day out, to deliver the very best service to their distributor clients,\u201d said SGR Editor Michele Bell (@ASI_MBell). \u201cClearly, these four women are elite performers who love their work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ysselstein is the sales manager for the Northern California territory at ETS Express (asi\/51197). Since joining the company five years ago, she has more than doubled her sales, fueling the territory\u2019s consistent double-digit growth.<\/p>\n<p><!-- [if mso]><\/td>\n\n\n\n\n<td><![endif]--><\/p>\n<p><!-- #2 column end --><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCristina has a passion and skill in being adaptive to how she supports her customers,\u201d Brandon Bell, vice president of sales at ETS Express, told SGR magazine. \u201cShe believes and understands that each customer has different needs, including the individual salesperson within each company. Customers see this, and will proactively engage Cristina for her expertise, creative thinking and relentless support to help make their business better for their clients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For the past four years, CSR of the Year Sousa has been a customer service representative for Hub Pen (asi\/61966), supporting about 650 clients and greatly contributing to the supplier\u2019s 5-star rating in ASI\u2019s ESP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> business and technology platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLudy is the embodiment of all the skills that you need in a customer service person <strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>and then some,\u201d Joe Fleming, president of Top 40 supplier Hub Pen Company, told SGR. \u201cShe has a great work ethic, super knowledge of product, and is patient and reliable. She will do everything and anything to make sure a job gets done right and on time, and she does it all with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">ASI publications deliver award-winning editorial content to suppliers, distributors, decorators and screen printers throughout the promotional products industry.
