Two top events organizations collaborating on shows for suppliers, multi-line reps and distributors<\/em><\/p>\n

TREVOSE, PA \u2013 January 31, 2019 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>The\u00a0ASI Show\u00a0<\/sup>today announced it has joined forces with Promo Expo to better serve the Canadian marketplace by collaborating on the best possible events for suppliers, multi-line reps and distributors throughout the promotional products industry.<\/p>\n

Under the agreement, ASI Show and Promo Expo will consolidate their events in Canada, jointly market each other\u2019s events and commit to serving the Canadian marketplace together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI could not be more excited about our new show launch in Canada and our collaboration with the team at Promo Expo,\u201d said Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, senior vice president and general manager of ASI Show. \u201cWe share the same desire to serve the industry with events that provide strong ROI for participants and, given the feedback we have all received, this direction is clearly the right one to take.\u201d<\/p>\n

ASI Show is a trade show organizer for the promotional products industry in the U.S. and Canada and Promo Expo provides events for the industry across Canada under the umbrella of Promotional Marketing Events (PME).<\/p>\n

\u201cOur customers asked us for fewer shows and improved value, so we listened to their needs, evolved the show experience and ultimately delivered better events with stronger participation from all membership categories,\u201d said Neil Mihan, owner of Promotional Resource Group (PRG), a bilingual marketing company based in Ontario that specializes in servicing Canadian distributors. \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to embark on this alliance with ASI Show \u2013 an industry leader with the resources to help deliver improvements moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, ASI Show will provide registration technology support for the Promo Expo\/PME events and space for PRG at ASI\u2019s new Toronto event with education. The one-day tabletop show and intimate networking event will take place Tuesday, June 18, at the Montecassino Vaughan Event Centre, and feature a keynote by Cher Jones, a corporate social media trainer and personal branding specialist, four hours of tabletop exhibit time, lunch and a cocktail networking reception.<\/p>\n

\u201cCombining our efforts to be in more places while creating more dynamic events in 2019 is a win-win for everyone,\u201d said ASI Canada Ambassador Michelle Merrifield.<\/p>\n
