The annual awards recognize the industry\u2019s outstanding individuals and companies.<\/p>\n<p>The GoTo Webinar will be hosted by Timothy M. Andrews, president and chief executive officer of ASI. The ceremony will include highlight videos of the honorees, along with their acceptance speeches, and the annual unveiling of the Top 40 Distributor and Top 40 Supplier rankings \u2013 the largest companies in the promotional products industry based on 2020 revenue.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we look ahead to promo\u2019s next chapter, it\u2019s a privilege to bring everyone together to recognize the organizations and people who propelled our industry forward during perhaps the toughest year in our history,\u201d said Andrews. \u201cThe astonishing amount of hard work, enterprise and innovation deserves to be acknowledged with the most coveted awards in the promotional products industry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- [if mso]><\/td>\n\n\n\n\n<td><![endif]--><\/p>\n<p><!-- #2 column end --><\/p>\n<p>The 2021 Counselor Awards, which are nominated by industry peers and chosen by an in-house committee, will honor recipients of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Person of the Year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>International Persons of the Year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supplier and Distributor Entrepreneurs of the Year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supplier and Distributor Family Businesses of the Year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Technology Executive of the Year<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Woman of Distinction<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bess Cohn Humanitarian Award<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lifetime Achievement Award<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each honoree will be profiled in the July print and online versions of the Counselor State of the Industry (SOI) issue. Using data from the magazine\u2019s annual SOI survey, Counselor will provide coverage and analysis of the issues that matter most to the promo market.<\/p>\n<p>While the 2021 Counselor Awards, typically held during ASI\u2019s annual Chicago trade show, remains virtual this year, registration is open for the in-person ASI Show Chicago, Tuesday, July 13 (education) through Thursday, July 15 (two exhibit days), at the McCormick Place Convention Center.
